When using your POGO Pass to go to valley sporting events, it works a little different than some of the other deals. For Mercury, Rattlers, and Diamondback tickets you need to request tickets during the open window to order, 2 weeks in advance and more than 48 hours before the game.
We used our first POGO passes to attend a Phoenix Mercury game. I put a reminder on my phone and registered 14 days before the game. I got one ticket for each kid. The part I wasn’t sure about was where the kid’s seats would be. I knew the game wouldn’t sell out, so I didn’t worry and got 2 general admission tickets for my husband and me. Our POGO seats were lower-level row 13 and right in mid-court, so good seats..
On the day of the game as we headed up to the upper-level general admission seats, we were offered seats together in the lower level. We gladly accepted and took our seats together to enjoy the kid’s first Mercury game! The kids had a blast yelling “Go, Mercury!!” After talking to a few POGO Pass veterans, I learned that you can go to Will Call ahead of the game and explain the situation and they are usually willing to help.
Click on “Register”, and you should receive an email confirming that you requested tickets. Remember your actual tickets will be digital and arrive within 48 hours of the game.
A few things to note about using the POGO Pass for sporting events:
- Each Pogo Pass member receives One (1) ticket per game.
- Reserve your tickets for the following 2021 games using the “Events” tab.
- Registration for tickets opens (2) weeks prior to game day, and closes 48 hours prior to the event.
- Tickets for the games are digital and will be emailed to all registrants 1 day prior to game day.
