This weekend our family will be attending the Winnie-the-Pooh Christmas Tail at Valley Youth Theatre. We’re really looking forward to it, and will be taking all three of our children, ages 8, 5, and 10 months.
Who is an avid fan of Winnie-the-Pooh? We love the stories of this beloved bear and his friends, and have seen all the animated movies many times. Our oldest use to be a fanatic fan as a toddler! This story of Eeyore loosing his tail, may be familiar – but has a fun Christmas twist.
You’ll have to book your tickets soon to see Winnie-the-Pooh Christmas Tail at Valley Youth Theatre. There are eight dates to choose from in 2019, with various times, and tickets go fast. The show is about 90 minutes long with intermission.

Once we’ve attended, we’ll post an updated full-report right here on Phoenix With Kids with some photos so you can get an idea about what the show is like. Click here to read our 2013 review. We’ve seen many other shows with Valley Youth Theatre over the years, and each have been wonderfully performed by children, ages ranging from 5-18. (Did you know that famous actor Emma Stone got her beginnings at Valley Youth Theatre?)

- Winnie-the-Pooh Christmas Tail, December 6-23
- The Princess and the Pea, February 7-23
- Dear Edwina, April 3-19

How long is the show, if you do not mind me asking? Their website does not say.
