The patio can also be rented for private parties. Sitting out on a lawn chair during our great weather was perfect.

The restaurant has a great menu for adults with a variety from fish tacos, and pizza to burgers. Everyone enjoyed their meal. The kid’s menu features the basics, the kids enjoyed the chicken and pizza. You can read the menus here.

Live music is one of the events the restaurant offers. They also have events, private parties, and holiday events. Check the calendar here.

A few things I noted while there. There were dogs, as well as pictures of dogs on the website, although we were told no dogs when we called. The whole place is open, so there isn’t really a “quiet” area, but it isn’t that loud.

The green grass overflows to the patio of Lou’s at Papago in Phoenix. This makes a great spot for running around and playing. I have seen many people play outdoor games on the lawn but I didn’t see any provided by the restaurant (there was a private party going on when we were there). If you have kids who may need entertainment, it would be a good idea to bring some along.

Don’t forget to visit Papago Park itself – lots of easy hikes, beautiful views, ponds, and more! More information here.
