Winnie-the-Pooh Christmas Tail with Valley Youth Theatre is the perfect holiday play for kids because it has familiar characters – and all the actors are kids!

Follow along as Pooh, Piglet, Christopher Robin, and all the friends in the Hundred Acre Wood go on a search for Eeyore’s missing tale on Christmas Eve. This is such a cute story of friendship, and has some musical numbers as well! The acting is fantastic, even down to little Roo and the woodland friends. Personal favorites were energetic Tigger and loveable Piglet; our eight year old about died with laughter whenever Tigger bounced around!

The play runs about an hour, with a 10 min intermission. Our three year old did great! It helps that children are welcome to sit up front on the floor for the best view, and wiggles are expected. Obviously keep child chatter to a minimum during the show, and slip out if needed; but this play is so engaging that children will likely be happy to watch the entire time! (Of note, when you see Piglet on stage with a big red balloon, be prepared for a loud pop, which may startle some children.) Snacks and drinks are allowed only in the lobby area. There are restrooms available as well.

Valley Youth Theatre is offering this show now through Dec 23, with various day times! Pricing is $20/seat + fees, and ages 2 and under are welcome to lapsit for free. More info and tickets on their website .

Thank you to Valley Youth Theatre for hosting us!
