Without a doubt, the best splashpads in Chandler are Chuparosa, Desert Breeze, and Espee - and those three are the only splashpads in Chandler! But all three are unique and fun. There is also the splashpad at Chandler Fashion Center, which isn’t city owned, but is definitely a nice one. Read on to see what we love about each location!

Note: all park locations have nearby restrooms, playgrounds, and picnic tables. City run splashpads in Chandler run April-October, usually 10am-6pm. The official website can be found here.

Chandler Fashion Center (3111 W. Chandler Blvd) – located in the open air space by the Old Spaghetti factory, this splashpad is a simple serious of ground fountains. Simple is often best for kids! We like to grab snacks inside the mall food court, then head to the splashpad for play time. Umbrellas nearby give parents shade, and there is often lawn games to enjoy. Restrooms at the fashion center are located indoors, just past the food court (left side), before you reach the Crayola Experience. Hours are 9am-9pm, more info here.

Chuparosa Park Spray Pad (2400 S. Dobson Rd) – this little area has three water features to keep your children cool! The ring spray was by far the favorite. The spray changed intensity but was never harsh. There’s also a small fountain, which our toddler loved, and an overhead “shower” like feature. This splashpad is next to a covered playground, perfect for play time and then a run through the water! Activate the splashpad by pressing on the hand symbol by the pad.

Desert Breeze Spray Pad (660 North Desert Breeze Blvd) – the splashpad at this familiar East Valley park is next to an epic playground, which is partially covered. The kids were slightly disappointed to not find any ground fountains, but had fun none the less! The colorful butterfly, flower, and dragonfly all have various types of water spray, and theres two side spray features. The amphitheater type seating along the side is lovely for breaks and snack time. Around mid-afternoon you may find this splashpad slightly shaded as well!

Espee Spray Pad (450 E. Knox Rd) – this splashpad has a little bit of everything! There’s ground fountains of various heights, a ring spray like at Chuparosa Park, and 3 other shower like sprays. The kids loved the mini silo water shoot the best! It sprays pretty high! Again, there is a nearby covered playground and even some nearby benches for parents. Activate the splashpad by pressing on the hand symbol by the pad.
