Imagine 3D Mini Golf has locations in Scottsdale and Gilbert and is a fun, unique twist on the familiar mini golf activity! Amid bright colors and black lights, with eye-popping 3D art, all ages will love the 18-hole course. We visited the Scottsdale location at the Talking Stick Entertainment District shortly after they opened this summer. The kids had a blast, and even the adults had a challenge! This review is on the Scottsdale location of Imagine 3D Mini Golf, but both locations are very similar.
The above photo may give the impression that it’s a freaky type of 3D Art. It’s really not! There are several themed areas, like a medieval castle, and cool art decor. Our kids weren’t scared at all of the aliens, but if your child is sensitive this might not be the best activity choice. You are given 3D glasses to wear while playing, which enhances the artwork. It’s totally fine to play without them too!
There are 18 holes, with various levels of difficulty. We don’t play mini-golf often, but these were some of the hardest mini-golf courses we’ve tried! There are subtle changes in the flooring, for example, that will send your ball crazy. We loved the challenge!
Overall, this was a great family activity to beat the heat, and fairly affordable. We want to return soon.
