Paloma Community Park in North Peoria opened this fall and is definitely worth a visit!
This park is amazing. The kids didn’t want to leave! The highlight is a three story climbing structure with three slides, but there is so much more to enjoy. Spin on two merry go rounds, rock on a boat, balance on the large variety of poles and ropes, and explore all the little extras along the sides.
The toddler playground is just as fun, and next to the large playground so you can keep your eyes on multiple kiddos. This park doesn’t have swings, which was kinda surprising. Still we loved it and give two thumbs up to The City of Peoria for this great West Valley addition!
There is plenty of parking at Paloma Community Park, with the addition of a fishing lake, dog park, sport fields, and more to come! The splash pad is fully shaded and runs April 15 – October 15, 10 am to 8 pm.
Restrooms are right next to the playground, with another set near the dog park. Lots of ramadas for picnic time!

Will the next phase at Paloma park include a center for seniors with A gym? There are no centers for activities in our area or community center in West wing. I’m missing the interactions of the community
Thank you
This is a great question for the City of Peoria! I’d contact them and ask.
