Christmas Time at the Hilton Sedona Resort at Bell Rock. Take a magical family getaway and dine in an igloo!

We had an overnight stay at the Hilton Sedona Resort at Bell Rock this past weekend, and loved every minute. The star was definitely dinner, where we dined amid beautiful holiday decor and had the best appetizers and entrees – plus chocolate cake for dessert. The flatbread was a top favorite, as well as the apple cider with bourbon. All this was in a cozy, private chalet! Two chalets and five igloos are available for this experience, and seat 2-8 people.

Our two queen bed suite was the perfect size for our family, and included a small kitchenette, living room with a fireplace, plus a patio with a view. The pull out couch bed was super comfortable too! We ate breakfast at the in house ShadowRock Restaurant, which had a fabulous breakfast buffet, stocked full of kid and adult favorites.

Amenities at this resort include two pools, one being an adult lap pool, and the other a family friendly pool with a waterfall and splash pad features! The pool is heated to 82 degrees year round, but we sadly didn’t get to swim as it was raining the majority of our visit. Next time!

We did enjoy the indoor activities, like the oversized Scrabble board and dominoes, plus there was a special holiday activity of singing with Mrs. Clause and a movie! You can ever book a Pink Jeep Tour right from the front desk, which is another item on our Sedona bucket list.

The Hilton Sedona is located about 15 min south of the main Sedona area, in the Village of Oak Creek. The Red Rock Ranger Station is just down the road, which has a fabulous nature center that our kids loved! Or travel north to some of our favorite spots like Posse Grounds Park, West Fork Trail and Crescent Moon Picnic Site for for hiking, or Indian Garden Cafe for lunch.

Bookmark this resort for your next family getaway! Thanks to the Hilton Sedona for hosting us.
