Featured Client Story

Dexai Robotics

Transforming Commercial Kitchens

"There’s a big human component that I really appreciate about TriMech. It’s very easy to get on the phone with them or email them and get an answer.

Even as we were researching 3DEXPERIENCE and comparing it with other products on the market, they seemed to have unlimited time to go through the decision-making process, which was amazing.

TriMech allowed me, as an individual with no IT experience, to roll out a PLM product to a big team."

Why Sell to TriMech?

Selling your company is a life-changing decision which can be overwhelming to many owners. I should know, as I have both bought and sold several businesses over my career.

Along the way, I have learned lessons from those experiences which we apply as we continue working to build TriMech into a leading solution partner to our clients in the design, engineering, and manufacturing industries.

How we apply acquisition lessons

We know each company and each owner is unique, so each deal we pursue takes those differences into consideration. We work hard to understand your goals and priorities as a seller and can be creative to develop a structure and transition plan that focuses on what matters most.

In addition, while we are supported by our institutional equity partners at Sentinel Capital, unlike some private equity buyers, our goal is not to financial engineer an acquired company and “flip” it to another buyer in a few years.

Instead, we look for owners who share our vision and values, and we work collaboratively to design a transaction that makes sense.

This includes being creative to come up with a structure that addresses what’s important to everyone involved. We then work hard to identify where we can help the business reach the next level of success in a range of operational areas including sales, marketing, recruiting, finance, accounting, and technology.

We are looking for companies that can help us expand our offerings or markets, add new capabilities, or strengthen our position in markets we currently serve.

Please reach out if you think your company shares our values, vision, and commitment to strong client relationships and want to discuss potential options.

Javelin Technologies provides our customers with the highest quality of training. We back this statement with our complete Satisfaction Guarantee. From concept to delivery, the Javelin team offers you full service training at our site, your site, or a public venue nearby.

Complimentary Training Repeats

A complimentary repeat is offered for public training should you communicate issues during your attendance of the original course date. Immediate efforts will be made to rectify any situation to your satisfaction. Should we agree you need to repeat the training we welcome your attendance within 6 months of the original course attendance.

Customer Rescheduling and Failure to Attend

Javelin allows flexible cancellations and rescheduling without cost on or before 10 business days prior to the first day of the event. Requests to cancel or reschedule must be received in writing.

After 10 business days, an administrative fee of $500.00 per day applies for private on-site events; including group training, assessments, mentoring, and consulting.

Many of our public training courses are full, therefore, the following administrative fees will be applied to cancellations or rescheduling less than 10 business days before the start date:

  • Up to or on 10 business days: No fee for rescheduling or cancellations.
  • 9 to 3 business days: $250.00 fee per person, per public course applies.
  • 2 to 0 business days: The course cost will be forfeited. There will be no refunds and no rescheduling.
  • Non-arrival (no show): The course cost will be forfeited. There will be no refunds and no rescheduling.

Course Postponements

Publicly scheduled courses are subject to change. Courses may be rescheduled due to low enrollment, classroom, equipment or trainer availability. Javelin will provide rescheduling notice at least 10 days prior to the course start date whenever possible and in such a situation you will be offered a 100% credit for transfer to another date. Javelin will not be liable for any costs incurred for travel, hotel, or any other consequential damages because of a course change.

Scheduling New Public Courses

Javelin can schedule a new public live online or in-class course anywhere in Canada. New courses are added to the public Training Schedule monthly, check often for additional courses. Newly scheduled courses are subject to the minimum attendance requirements, seen above.

Training Manuals and Exercises

You will receive a comprehensive course manual that is paired with exercises for each module. Exercises can be downloaded after training to continue your learning at this link. See page 3 of your manual for additional information.

Manuals are not for sale individually and are distributed for training course attendance only, as follows:

  • Manuals for online courses: Training manuals are only provided upon course registration and will be shipped 10 days prior to course start date.
  • Manuals for classroom courses: Training manuals are provided during the first day of class.

Dassault SolidWorks manuals can be registered at my.solidworks.com for a permanent electronic copy.  See the inside cover of your manual for your unique serial number and QR code.

Training Prerequisites

Each training course is paired with prerequisites that are listed in the course descriptions on the Javelin website. It is the student’s responsibility to meet the prerequisite requirements.

A telephone call with an instructor can be arranged to assess your level should you wish to waive the listed prerequisite, for example, SOLIDWORKS Essentials or SOLIDWORKS Simulation Linear Static.

If you do not waive or meet prerequisites, instructors will make every effort to support your learning experience but cannot change the focus of the course content to the detriment of other students.

Training Evaluations and Certificates of Completion

Upon full attendance of the course, with participation to the satisfaction of the instructor, you will be emailed your training feedback evaluation at 5:00pm eastern time on the last day of the course.

Upon completion of the training feedback evaluation, you will then be emailed a copy of your training certificate of completion.

Training Payment Terms

Javelin’s standard training terms are Due in Advance of training delivery. Special arrangements for terms can be made on an individual basis before making a purchase. Training not paid in advance is subject to cancellation by Javelin. Applicable taxes apply.

Training Scheduling Expiration

Customers have 12 months from purchase date to schedule training and avoid expiration of their purchase.

Training Reimbursement

Javelin makes every effort to accommodate your scheduling needs. Should we not come to an arrangement on scheduling, we will review your request to reimburse on an individual basis.
