Elevate Trampoline Park in Goodyear is packed full of numerous ways for kids and adults to burn off some energy. It’s 23,000 square feet of exercise and entertainment! There are currently two locations in the Phoenix area, Goodyear (West Valley) and Mesa/Queen Creek (East Valley).
Trampolines are, obviously, the focus of this indoor park. There is a long row of them for free jumping, and in various sizes. There main area also has a solid portion in the middle, perfect for taking breaks or watching friends jump. There’s also a smaller area of trampolines, for ages 5 and under. We loved how much space there was in each trampoline section! Some trampoline parks try to squeeze too much in and as a result, the individual jumping squares feel squished.
Elevate also offers two dodgeball courts with balls, a basketball area, and a sectioned off trampoline with three levels of height to jump from – or try to jump UP and reach. These areas were barely in use during our weekday visit, but we could see it being packed with kids on Saturday and Sundays!
What our kids loved the most was the obstacle course type challenges. This was a welcome break from the trampoline jumping! The area had foam blocks underneath and included:
- warped bridge
- climbing wall
- battle beam
- climbing net
- ariel silks
- ring bars
- trapeze swings

Elevate Trampoline Park in Goodyear is open 7 days a week, with hours of M-TH 10am-9pm, Friday 10am-11pm, Saturday 10am-8pm, and Sunday 10am-6pm. Basic pricing is: ages 7 and under, $11/first hour, $5.50/second hour; ages 8 and older, $15/first hour, $7.50/second hour. Prices are slightly higher on weekends vs weekdays. Elevate grip socks are mandatory, and cost $2.75/pair.
They offer many specials, such as $7 Toddler Time, homeschool discount on Tuesdays and Thursdays, special needs discount, family night, and more. They also host birthday parties. Check their website for details.
A small cafe on site offers snacks, drinks, and items like pizzas. No outside food or drink allowed except water bottles. There are water fountains and restrooms in the back.
