Enchanted Island Amusement Park in Phoenix

Enchanted Island Amusement Park in Phoenix, is an amusement park made specifically for young children aged 18 months to 8 years old! My kids loved Enchanted Island, probably because it's one of the few places that a two and four year old can ride all the rides! Enchanted Island offers nine total attractions ranging from a carousel, kiddie roller coaster, airplane ride, water bumper cars, helicopter + airplane attractions, rock climbing, and a seven-minute scenic train ride around the 222 acre park that Enchanted Island Amusement Park is located in.

That’s right: Enchanted Island sits in the center of Encanto Park, and Encanto Park was rated one of the Top 12 Best City Parks in America! Enchanted Island Amusement Park in Phoenix is open Saturday and Sunday from 12 pm-8 pm. They extend hours of operation during holidays, spring break, and the summer. Learn more on their website.

Summer, Winter, and Spring Break hours are Wednesday – Sunday. Wednesday through Friday 11 am-4 pm and Saturday/Sunday 12 pm-8 pm. Check their social media for their hours of operation updates!

Tips: My recommendation for purchasing tickets is to purchase a whole day pass for the kids. That is the best “bang for your buck” if you plan to be there for two or more hours. The rides are generally pretty short, and while all the rides will keep your kids happy and entertained, they’ll want to ride them more than once!

Adults need tickets to ride a few of the rides. Examples: Train, parachute tower, and rock climbing. So, I recommend buying individual tickets for adults depending on which rides the adults would like to participate in.

We loved Enchanted Island located in Encanto Park and we know you will too!
