If you are looking for indoor activities with your kids in Scottsdale, then you should check out the new OdySea Mirror Maze. It just opened in December, 2013 and is right next door to the Butterfly Wonderland exhibit. In fact, it is owned and operated by the same group. The mirror maze is themed after a Central American rainforest, with sounds, and visuals such as monkeys and snakes.
At its heart, it’s a maze made of mirrors. There are false passages and an “ancient” Mayan Temple to distract you from your quest.
Ok, so that’s the mirror maze. After that, you can try the Laser Maze Challenge which is basically like that scene with the lasers in Oceans 12 except it’s safe for kids. In other words, your arm won’t get cut off, or any other appendage.
