Conquer Ninja Gym in Queen Creek is an amazing indoor facility that offers classes and open play time on a fabulous ninja gym! Children and adults are welcome to test their skills and learn new ones alongside trained employees that have coached and competed in real ninja competitions!
We stopped by for an open gym session on their grand opening weekend, and were not sure what to expect. However, we left 100% happy and worn out! The kids absolutely loved it, and were it not a 40-minute drive from home, we would have totally signed up for a membership and classes. Here’s to more Conquer Ninja Gyms opening around Phoenix!
This ninja gym can’t be compared to a typical gym or athletic-type indoor activity center. Almost everyone has seen at least an episode or two of the famous American Ninja Warrior TV series. Think of that course, then ask yourself where do these competitors practice? Well, it would be an indoor place just like Conquer Gym offers! It’s small but offers everything you need.
And even if you’re not interested in competing, this gym is a fantastic place for kids to build confidence, strength, and basic athletic skills! There are both full-size and smaller-scale obstacle options. From warped walls to chin-up bars, hanging ropes to climbing walls, slack lines, and MORE it will be a great workout for children and adults.
From a parental perspective, I loved how the coach worked with each child at his or her ability. A wonderful example was the warped wall challenge. Each child tried to run and reach as far as they could. From that point, the coach set a BOGO play pass just past that first point, and encouraged the child to push a bit harder. Each child made it in 3-4 tries! The coach could have easily made one mark for all, but instead saw individuals with different abilities and met them there.
Conquer Ninja Gym in Queen Creek is open Monday to Friday, 12-7 pm, and Saturday and Sunday, 10 am – 7 pm. This facility is for ages 5 and up only, and close-toed shoes are required. You can easily reserve open gym time or sign up for classes online! Open gym time is $18/hr per person. (We recommend this due to current class size limits.) There are restrooms on-site, a small parental viewing area, plus drinking fountains.
Conquer Gym also hosts birthday parties and day camps. Conquer Gym is currently running a membership special of $49 a month, for the first 100 sign-ups. Call for more information!
